Checkout Policy

Payment for on-line purchases may be made using this website’s checkout with any major credit card. Or call the mill to pay with credit card over the phone or to make arrangements for other methods of payment. Custom processing payment terms: 50% deposit on receipt of fiber – cash, check, or credit card. Balance due must be paid in full before shipping. Any finished products not paid within 30 days become property of Battenkill Fibers.

Shipping Policy

Battenkill Fibers ships US Postal Service or UPS, depending on the shipping address and size of order. No refunds on shipping charges. Retail orders shipping anywhere in US, flat rates: $8.95 – orders of $25 and less; $12.95 – orders $26-50; and $18.95 – orders $51-100. Free shipping on retail orders over $100. Freight billed at actual on custom processing and wholesale orders. All items shipped are insured for actual value; and those fees are included in shipping rates. 

Refund Policy

Battenkill Fibers is committed to customer satisfaction. As such, we are willing to offer 30 day returns on any yarn or roving that you purchased from us. Any returned products must be in original condition (if you bought a skein and wound it into a ball, then the yarn is no longer in its original condition) and with original tags and packages. We will replace your product with a similar product of comparable value free of charge. You just pay the return shipping.

All sales final with no returns or exchanges on wovens and machine knit items.

Custom Processing Policies

For all custom spinning or dyeing orders see your individual work order/order confirmation. In general: Battenkill Fibers is not responsible for fiber lost or damaged as part of normal processing. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. Prices subject to change without notice.
